We conducted Sensor Experiment 1: Receivers vs AHL. The receivers tested were Lux Receiver Test Construct ("X1") and Rhl Receiver Test Construct ("X3") and they were tested with their respective AHLs at concentrations of 0, 10nM and 100nM.
