-Ran 2% agarose gel at 115 volts to visualize OmpC-GFP ligation product and proper digests
-Performed fluorescence spectrophotometry to verify OmpC-GFP ligation success
-Results were not significantly different from wild-type E. coli
-Submitted OmpC-GFP ligation plasmid for sequencing to verify success of biobrick assembly protocol
-Prepared LB media and autoclaved glassware
