Added 200microliters of TENS and mix
Added 150microliters of sodium acetate and mix
Centrifuged for 15-20 mins.
Tubes #5-8:
Spun 1.5 mL of culture for 5'
Aspirated off 100microliters of Supernatant and mixed
Refrig. o/n
