LB Plates
- LB Growth Media
- 1L dH20
- 10g NaCl
- 5g yeast extract
- 10g Bacto-tryptone
- 15g bacto agar
Pour the autoclaved media into new sterile plates. Pour so that just the very bottom is covered, less is better. Shake/Move them as little as possible to prevent media from splashing up on the sides.
