- BBa_K145015: 49.4 ng/µL
- BBa_J61101: 36.4 ng/µL
- BBa_BB015: 78.6 ng/µL
- BBa_J23100: 178.2 ng/µL
- BBa_J23101: 173.8 ng/µL
- pSB1A3 (RFP): 115.6 ng/µL
- BBa_I13521: 94.4 ng/µL
- pSB1K3 (RFP): 96.1 ng/µL
- BBa_B0030: 78.5 ng/µL
- pSB1A3 (ccdB): 73.9 ng/µL
- Also redid the transformation for pSB1K3 (ccdB) and BBa_B0024.
