Today I got back and analyzed a model that looks at a even higher increase in the tetR2 production (reaction 44) that was looked at yesterday, to see if a large increase could affect higher concentrations of aTc. Below is the original model with an increase in k for reaction 44, and then the new model which has another order of magnitude increase in the kinetic constant:

As can be seen there is no difference between the two. Due to the difficulty in producing graphs without the ability to vary parameters non-linearly, I'll work on trying to fix some of the problems with designGUI in the upcoming week.
