Human Practices - Intro
We strongly feel that Human Practices are becoming more and more important in science. Since the iGEM competition began at 2004, the number of teams that include Human Practices in their projects has exponentially increased every year. That's why we are dedicating a lot of time and effort to write a review about all topics discussed in all Human Practices reports from all iGEM editions regarding safety, ethics, patents, etc.
Furthermore, we are expecting to know the opinion about this thopics from an expert in this matter. We have also prepared a short survey to see what people from many different social and scientific groups think about these main issues. We hope to get numerous and interesting data, as well as the largest compilation of Synthetic Biology definitions, so don't hesitate and fill it!
