1x TAE Buffer
- 242g Tris base
- 57.1mL glacial acetic acid
- 100mL 0.5M EDTA (pH 8.0)
- 1L dH2O
Dissolve Tris base in 750mL of deionized water. Add the acetic acid and EDTA, and adjust the volume to 1L by adding water. The final pH should be about 8.5.
