Wet Lab
Result of the yesterday incubation: only 4 plates out of 30 had colonies and 8 other plates had 1 to 6 very small colonies.
Colony PCR of the 4 good plates (Read out 1, LovTap-Term 2 P ON, LovTap-Term 2 G ON, LovTap-Term 1 G ON) and another "read out 2" from Thursday.
Result of the colony PCR after an agarose gel: only some "read out 2" had the right size.
We spread all colonies that grew on new plates.
