1. Finish constructing pESC- Gαolf and pRS426-FUS1P-GFP-FUS1T reporter.2. Finish the chimeric receptor functional assay Part 2 described in the Experiment Design.
3. Further characterize the function of chimeric protein, as described in the Experiment Design.
