Step by step, our lablogs leave the memories of the experiment from designs to results. Yixin finished two assemblies and our lacI part is almost finished~~ But I failed to assemble B0030 and B0015/plac, so I decided to reassemble them tomorrow but I think we should transform DH10B with B0030 again later.
