  1. Cleaning of laboratory and placing lab equipment into appropriate places
  2. Making lists of every equipment available in the lab
  3. Specifying the missing lab equipments and find out how to acquire them
  4. Preparation of 10% bleaching solution
  5. Autoclaving all the equipments which will be used in the lab procedures
  6. Preparation of LB Broth(1 lt)
