Wet Lab

We did a glycerol stock out of the 3 LR2+GFP clones : LacI-RBS #1, #2 #4 + GFP (E02110).

Characterisation of RO2 + LacI-RBS

We used the reader in Sebastian's lab (qPCR machine).

We took 3 clones of RO2 (3 in M9, 3 in LB), and put 50 ul in each well. In 3 wells we add ATC (5ul), in 3 other nothing, in the next 3 TRP and finally in the last 3 IPTG (to induce LacI).
