Weekly Goals

  • Overall
    • Finish Table of Modeling Constants for SoxS/R pathway
    • Read more in depth / gain better understanding of pathway itself
    • Begin labwork for the SoxR/SoxS plasmid... map it out w/ Robert??

Breakdown Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
    • Read papers in the morning
    • Every hour or when necessary, break it up w/ wiki work
    • Supplement w/ lab work

  • Lab work at 7:30 pm
    • Plated beta-carotene parts
    • Liquid Culture of BioBricks parts
