Finished another revision for Construction Diagrams
Worked through Assay w/ PQ again....
- 9am rough exp. w/ concentrated cells and PQ
- 10am Y2E2 for diluted cells w/ varying PQ treatment, controls, and incubation
- 1pm-3pm- plate reader

Revised Construction Plan

Designed New Primers and double-checked all before submittance

Events

1:15 meeting w/ Clinicial (w/ Ansuya and Jerome)
- CANCELLED

Assay 1 for GFP w/ SoxR/S due to PQ

Wrong Gene Sequences Discovered!!
