  1. find the purification protocols etc. in the supplementary material, not by asking the authors
  2. engineering the trp repressor to bind to other sequences should be in the LOVTAP to do list
  3. annotate the lovtap sequence to show where the various functional domains are
  4. add all relevant references in the format i have given below, including the PNAS paper, etc.
