Assembly

Today we well assemble the constructs RBS-pdc_RBS-adh2Z, RBS-pirB-Terminator, PpetE-RBS.

Volumes in these files Media:Assembly volume calcuator_090830_1.xls, Media:Assembly volume calcuator_090830_2.xls

We will then transform these into ou Top10 cells and plate 50 µ and all volume on Chloramphemical plates.
