Gallus gallus RNA

Quantification

We have verified the concentration of RNA we got in the RNA extractions from the G. gallus organs. The following table shows the results.

The concentration values are ok, but the ratios 260/280 and 260/230 are not that good. Let’s find out what we see in the agarose gel. Raíssa
