Liquid cultures were made from the Sam5, Sam8 and ComT colonies grown overnight. They will be mini-prepped tomorrow to get the plasmid DNA out of it.

Plasmid DNA from the ech and fcs liquid cultures was isolated today, they yielded respectively 108,8 and 113,9 ng/µl.
