12:50 pre-culture MG3 in rotator (32℃) for 3h
15:50 pre-culture does not work in rotator (32℃)
15:50 transfer to warm room (37℃)
17:50 sub-culture in warm room (37℃) for 100min
20:20 take bacteria out from warm room and blot plates
20:40 put plates into warm room (37℃) for overnight
