Note

We have a total of new biobricks submitted to the registry, from K283000 to K28300, which can be viewed [http://partsregistry.org/cgi/partsdb/pgroup.cgi?pgroup=iGEM2009&group=HKU-HKBU here].

Among the biobricks, BBa_K283000 and BBa_K283002 are used for polar expression and speed control.
