  1. Enc replate showed 3 colonies
  2. Started a log phase growth of 3+2(2), but it showed not growth again
  3. Started overnight cultures:
    • Enc A, B, C
    • 3+2 (2), (3), (4), (5), and a 3+2 (2) positive control (in LB only)
    • BB3 and BB4
