I) Birboin and Dolly protocol for plasmid isolation followed.

II) Transformation with sigma kit using NEB10b and DB3.1.
III) PCR unsuccessful again. Try changing primers now.
IV) Inoculated pBR322 transformed cell to practice extraction tomorrow.
V) Chopade sir met new VC and BCUD...
