I) Transformation with PCR product, dilute DNA 1:10 and use 4ul.
NO Transformants :-(
Why?
- Dilution?
- Linear DNA, try ligation before transformation.
- Kan conc too high?

RE digest of pBR322 and pGFP, gel and ligation.
