Notes

  • Pavel and Joe took the samples of the bacteria cultures with the RFP part and the LacY part, pelleted them, and ran them in gel (procedure to come)
  • Kar, Evan, Pavel, and Joe prepared stock of the parts as follow and then transformed them into the bacteria:
