- Flow cytometry data was collected for samples from 7-8. These included DH5αPro cells containing TNN and TTN promoter constructs mutant at position 4, as well as TOP10 cells with the same constructs as a control.
- Plasmids were isolated from cultures of TOP10 cells containing TNN, TTN, and TTL promoter constructs mutant at position 6. Reaction mixtures containing plasmid and a primer complimentary to the plasmid were prepared and submitted to the Biomedical Genomic Center at the University of Minnesota for DNA sequencing.
