Notes

  • Cultured all the plates of the transformations yesterday except for BBa_J61101, which did not have any colonies grow (we should check the resistance).
  • Created frozen stock of all the cultures from yesterday.
  • According to the parts registry, BBa_J61101 has ampicillin resistance.
