Aim:

  • Transformation of parts BBa_K145279 & BBa_K145201; Testing competent cells quality using 12 & 13 BioBricks.

* BioBricks Used in the Projectis updated.

Result:

NO growth on plate 22, 23.

Plate 12 has grew, which means the competent cell works fine.
