As of today, The Tokyo-Tech iGEM team are planning two ideas.
1, Terraforming of Mars wtih E.coli
This project goals are terraforming of mars or climate cahnge on earth.
To do this, We think that to need the 3 new mechanisms in E.coli.
- 1, Against freezing stress using a Anti Freeze Protein.
- 2, Regulation of overspin and backspin of the glycolytic system.
- 3, Black body using a tyrosinase.

We try to create a new multi-wavepnegth detector within the E.coli using phycocyanobilin (PCB).
