- lots of colonies on the two AMP plates with I1352 ligated with itself and ligated with pSB4C5 are expressing RFP

Maria and Afton
- Pick colonies from plate with I1352 that was ligated with itself to see if the overnight culture will still express RFP
- Start making a schedule for re-digesting and ligating promoters with E0240 and J06702
- Experiment with I1352 should be repeated with new enzymes first
