To find

- Genetic circuit
- Sequences of the genes involved in the pathway (minimal genes to => PUBMED (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/)
- OR find the bacterium: Bradyrhizobium => ATCC (http://www.lgcstandards-atcc.org/)

To do

- Model allosteric interactions between LOVTAP & TrpR
- Do a mutational assay to change specificity of LOVTAP
- Model the fusion of LOV domain with other transcription factors
