Today we performed mini-preps from yesterday´s cultures according to protocol 2 (see prototol section). We recovered all plasmids!!!
We performed the plasmid extraction of the 4 cultures that grew in the liquid medium (Protocol 2).
One of the colonies that didn´t work was from the same biobrick we had problems before: BBa_J63002.
