All of the cultures we needed grew, although we are not guaranteed that we know exactly what they are.

Miniprepped everything. Gelled (all had DNA) Digested Ligated, with ethanol precipitation Gelled (both L1 and L2 had DNA) Transformed L1 and L2, twice.
