YeastGuard: Mini-prep, digestion and ligation of RBS

- Today we perfomed mini-prep from the RBS transformed E. coli. The fragment syze was correct,we decided to digest it without purifying and it worked.

- Afetr the RBS plasmid digestion we ligated it to CFP (the reporter gene) according to the protocol W.
