Overnight Results

  • Expression vectors had colonies
    • J04500
    • J13002
  • Reporters had colonies
    • OFP
    • GFP
    • RFP had about half colonies which grew on the ampicillin plate but did not fluoresce.
  • Serial Dilution still saturated

Today

  • Made broths out of plates.
