Expression vectors had colonies

Reporters had colonies
- PRE OFP
Knockout strain transformations
- GFP visible, in JW3469
- RFP had about half colonies which grew on the ampicillin plate but did not fluoresce, also JW3469
Serial Dilution still saturated
