Wet Lab

Clone LOVTAP into an iGEM plasmid:

LOVTAP = purified PCR product from 12 Oct 09 ( PCR on plasmid with LOVTAP-Term)

Plasmid = pSB1A3 ( Ampicilin resistance)

Digestion (both vector and insert with EcoRI and SpeI)

Checked digestion product with agarose gel

Purification

Ligation ( 1h30 )

Transformation on LB agar plate with ampicilin for selection (+did negative control)
