Restriction Enzyme Digest Protocol

1. Mix the following in a eppendorf tube:

  • Xµl　plasmid DNA （to a final concentration of 300ng/30ul）
  • 3µl　10 H　buffer
  • 1.5µl　Restriction Enzyme 1
  • (1.5µl　Restriction Enzyme 2, if applicable)
  • MilliQ　up　to　30ul


2. Incubate at 37ºC for 1h or more
