  • QQ and Nova
    1. Sub-culture MG3 (60uL -> 3mL LB Broth) for 2 hours until OD is about 0.6
    2. Make competent cell of MG3
    3. Transformation: plA-his-CheZ-cm into MG3
    4. Recover with SOC for half an hour and spread them to agar plate with cm resistance
