Thaw e. Coli till ice disappears
Pippete 50x into tube X3
Add and mix plasmid X3
Suspend the well in 15x TE
Add 5x of plasmid to e. Coli
Place oni ce for 30 mins
Heat shock at 42C for 30 sec
Ice for 5 mins
Add 950x SOC
Place in 37C for 60 mins
Spin 5 mins
Pipette out SOC
Resuspend in 150X SOC
Spread 50x00x onto plates
