We at Harding House are very pleased that you have chosen to stay with us during your upcoming visit to Cambridge. We are looking forward to your arrival and would like to let you know a few details about the house. We have three floors and no elevator. If you have not already done so, please let us know if you need to be placed on a lower floor. Our office is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and your room will be held for you no matter what time you arrive. If you expect to arrive after 10:00 pm, please contact us so that we can arrange for a late arrival. Check-out is at 11:00 am. We have limited, free, on-site parking which operates on a first come, first serve basis. In accordance with city laws, Harding House is entirely smoke-free. Please do not hesitate to call us if you need any additional information. You are confirmed for the following 2 reservations: 1) GUEST: Chinar Patil ARRIVAL: Wednesday, October 28, 2009 DEPARTURE: Friday, October 30, 2009 RATE PER NIGHT: $220 plus tax. Cambridge room occupancy tax is an additional 14.45%.
