Indiana University


We have one biotechnology faculty (Ryan Lee), two cognitive science graduate students, and six undergraduate students working on this, our first iGEM project.

At the moment, our team is planning to implement a cellular automata model of zebra stripe formation. Towards this end, we are investigating long- and short-range bacterial signaling and quorum sensing.
