About: I have just completed my second year in BioChemical Engineering at Queen's University. I garnered an interest in iGEM due to my fascination of the field of biofuels, especially the use of engineered algal strains for biodiesel production. As a volunteer member of the QGEM, I'll be focussing mostly on the technological aspects of iGEM: maintaining the Wiki, performing statistical analyses, system modelling, animations and potentially aiding in bioreactor design if necessary. Outside of QGEM I'll be working on the Queen's BAJA SAE car, as well as getting some of the paperwork filed for a new chemical engineering design team a few of my friends and I are developing. In my free time I'll be playing my guitar, surfing the net, and wracking my brains at Trivia Night with my friends on Thursdays.</p>
