We are planing 6 projects.

1.We will make the oscillation by using the expression of some proteins. We haven't decided what protein we would use. But,if we could make 24 hours-oscillation ,we'd use this system to invent bioclock.
2.Cyanobacteria has clock genes;KaiA,B,C. KaiC is phosphatized and phospharylized in cycles.The term between one phosphatization and the next is 24 hours. KaiB phosphataize KaiC. KaiA binds KaiB and inhibits the phosphataization of KaiC. We inject these genes into E.coli and let E.coli express interesting proteins every day. If something,that wakes humans,expressed,we could use it as an alarm clock.
