- Talked to Scott. He said that the negative numbers indicate that we did not have any DNA at all. We redid the miniprep of the following parts, with the corresponding Optical Density:

- BBa_J61101: 36.4 ng/µL
- BBa_BB015: 78.6 ng/µL
- BBa_J23100: 178.2 ng/µL
- BBa_J23101: 173.8 ng/µL
- pSB1A3 (RFP): 115.6 ng/µL
- BBa_I13521: 94.4 ng/µL
- pSB1K3 (RFP): 96.1 ng/µL
- BBa_B0030: 78.5 ng/µL
- pSB1A3 (ccdB): 73.9 ng/µL
