Notes

Pavel and Joe took the samples of the bacteria cultures with the RFP part and the LacY part, pelleted them, and ran them in gel.

  - Ladder, Positive Control, RFP, LacY
Kar, Evan, Pavel, and Joe prepared stock of the parts as follow and then transformed them into the bacteria:
- Promoter - Plate 1
- LacI - Plate 2
- LacI Promoter - Plate 3
- pBluescript (positive control) - Plate 4
