  1. Checked the plates the morning-nothing grew (even + control). Began DH5a and ccdB bacteria cultures (5mL each in LB).--ML
  1. Made 500mL of DYT and 2L of LB. Could not run gels due to lack of TEA buffer. TEA was made for future gels. --PC&PP
