Overnight Results
- +/- controls as expected. A09-13 (1-3) plates all had colonies. A09-13-2 was a lawn. A09-13-1 had a few very small ones.
Today
- Gel to recover more R,G,r fragment DNA
- Gel extraction using Zymoclean kit
- Second round of PCR on potential PCS-HA fragment from yesterday. Gel slice was immersed in MilliQ water and agitated with pipette tip. 2ul of that solution was using as template material for another round of PCR using PCS-f and PCS-HA-r primers.
