- All plates had colonies
- Including negative control
- BFP + B0032 assembly had few colonies
Today
- Ran PCR of E.coli total genomic isolate with primers for ArsC
- Used the total genome extract from friday to do PCR run with ArsC primers.
- used low concentration of MgCl .7 mM.
