Overnight Results

  • Plates blank except for one + control

Today

  • Ligated ABP and ABP+HA into pSB1C3
    • A09-3 and A09-10 respectively
  • Transformations of A09-3 and A09-10 into DH5a and JW3469
    • With +/- controls in both strains
    • Partly to test whether DH5a cells are competent or whether we got a bad batch
